Hi, I'm Juliette! I'm a UX Designer fascinated by human behaviour and the psychology of design. I'm driven by a deep curiosity for the way people think, feel and behave, and I'm passionate about improving people's lives through design.
As a Senior Consultant in UX and Product Design at Deloitte Digital, I develop customer strategies to shape the ideal user experience, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful digital experiences that successfully meet both business and user needs.
My responsibilities span user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping and stakeholder management, with clients including the Department of Customer Service, Legal Aid NSW, [cu]health, Global Onboard Partners and ADMA.
I'm highly skilled in building empathy to understand users' needs, and have a passion for critical thinking and making sense of complex problems. These, along with my strong visual and verbal communication skills, allow me to develop UX strategies that result in the best possible experience for users.
When I'm not conducting user research or designing prototypes, you can usually find me engrossed in a book, sketching/painting, or looking for a new hiking spot!
