[cu]health is a one-stop shop health platform - bringing the physical appointment experience online, while also providing the benefits of being a digital health database.

They offer a subscription-based platform (available exclusively for employers), which then provides their employees with healthcare when and where they need it, via their own personalised Patient Portal. That’s where we come in.

For [cu]health’s launch, we were tasked with crafting an end-to-end design solution which spanned multiple platforms and user personas - the Patient Portal, Health Care Practitioner (HCP) Portal, HR Portal, App re-skin and Health Check Tool.

From discovery to design, we worked closely with [cu]health to ensure the needs of both the business and the user were being met at all stages of the journey, resulting in a platform that covers the patient’s healthcare needs in both a simple yet comprehensive way.
